The dynamic and unceasing movement of our breath is a wonderful support for and object of our practice of mindful awareness. It is always with us, just as space itself, no matter where we are or what we do. A little break at the local café, 30 seconds of waiting at red traffic light, a 5 minutes bus ride. These are all wonderful moments of coming back to direct and complete presence. Thus, those moments can be used for practice of meditation, and transform boredom into proactive and useful experience.
