MEDITATION
With Daily Meditation, everyone has the opportunity to learn and deepen important aspects of Buddhist practice. All of this regardless of belief, background and education, as mindfulness is a natural quality of mind that can be contacted and developed to engage in constructive and positive ways of dealing with our environment and consciousness.

In daily meetings we practice the simple but profound method of breathing mindfulness together. A practice that is informal and accessible and combines beautifully with everyday life to cultivate the aspects of calm, serenity and presence.

The live meditations can be viewed directly or at a later time. The sessions are deliberately kept short in order to remain realistically applicable in the busyness of life.
